Pedagogy

Students progress through a series of leveled method books and/or the curriculum provided by the Royal Conservatory of Music Syllabus. Technical and Theoretical components are taught to supplement the practical work. Additional music is provided to supplement the method books based on student interest. Themed music for holiday or special events helps motivate students and allows them to perform for family members or classmates. At the end of the year we celebrate our accomplishments with a recital at a professional concert hall. The opportunity to play on a baby grand piano should not be missed. Students, parents and families love this event.
